Suzann’s deepest passion is to coach, support and educate others to achieve their goals.

Suzann is a highly effective, result driven trainer and coach. She started her career as a trainer in a Fortune 100 corporation where she developed and launched many first time programs designed to help the organization achieve its goals. Suzann loved her job but felt frustrated by the limitations of training large groups of people never knowing if they made sustainable changes.

About that time Suzann was introduced to business coaching and knew this was a perfect fit for her. Coaching allowed her to develop long-term relationships with her clients and partner with them over time to assist them in developing the skills, competencies and attitudes they needed to succeed. Since starting Accelerated Solutions in 1999 Suzann has successfully coached and supported leaders, entrepreneurs, teams, managers, salespeople and professionals.

Suzann’s current focus is partnering with organizations to assist them in coaching their best and most talented people. Suzann coaches’ new hires to help them quickly assimilate to their new role so they have the best chance to succeed. She also coaches high potentials employees in preparing them to lead their companies into the future.

Suzann’s credentials include: Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation Faculty Member & Trainer at Coachinc., the leading international coach training organization Certified Behavioral Analysis (CPBA) Certified Values Analysis (CPVA) Certified Change Cycle Facilitator Bachelor’s degree in business with a double major in Marketing and Management		Suzann Foerster
